Methodology: Male albino bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have been isolated and confirmed by their adhesion, spindle shape and also by cluster differentiation marker. Streptozotocin-induced diabetic female rats were intravenous injected by 1 x 105 MSCs (cell/rat). Results: MSCs group is capable of lowering blood glucose level, the activities of α-amylase, and S.
